The Site is not designed or intended to attract children under thirteen (13) years of age. BREX Lighting does not collect personal information through the Site from any person BREX Lighting actually knows to be under thirteen (13) years of age. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BREX Lighting is not responsible for, and you hereby release BREX Lighting from any liability which may arise from, such third party websites and platforms (including, without limitation, the privacy policies and practices of such third-party websites and platforms).
7. Security.
We use what we believe to be appropriate procedures to protect information against unauthorized access and disclosure. However, information you elect to post on our Site, emails and other information you send to us are not encrypted and such transmissions cannot be considered a secure means of transmitting sensitive information.

BREX Lighting will not accept any such requests via telephone or fax. BREX Lighting is not responsible for any requests which are incomplete, incorrectly labeled, or incorrectly sent.
Further, BREX Lighting does not respond to “do not track” (DNT) signals.
Finally, as explained further above, BREX Lighting does not authorize third parties to collect your personal information when you use the Site, except as expressly stated in this Policy. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BREX Lighting is not responsible for, and you hereby release BREX Lighting from any liability which may arise from, such third parties’ unauthorized collection of your personal information.
