We want you to be satisfied with every purchase from BREX Lighting.
If you are not satisfied, return the item within 30 days. We will replace it or refund the purchase price, as you wish.
Packaging
All items must be returned freight prepaid and in their original, unmodified sales packaging.
Shipping
Be sure to properly package the items and include a copy of the sales receipt along with any additional information that will help us process your return. Carrier must have tracking capabilities and customer is responsible for the shipping costs, shipping insurance and filing claims for lost or damaged goods.
Returns
In the event of a refundable return, Customer must pay all stated shipping costs (see above) and a 10% restocking fee to cover inspection and repackaging costs. Final credit for product returns will be applied after the product(s) have been received and properly inspected. All returns must be coordinated with a BREX Lighting Service Member: service@brexlighting.com
Replacements
In the event of a replaceable return, Customer must pay all stated shipping costs (see above). Replacement products will be shipped after the returned product(s) have been received and properly inspected. All replacements must be coordinated with a BREX Lighting Sales Member: sales@brexlighting.com
Custom Products
Any product that has custom modifications (ex: Paint or Mounting) cannot be returned.
